- Educare
Educare help you to easily import & export unlimited students and results just one click!
To import results of all students at once:
- Download an import file from –
Educare > All Results > Import Results >Scroll down 👇 - Open the downloaded demo file with Excel or any software and add your students information according to this file.
- Don’t forget to save the file in .csv extension.
- Upload the saved file to
Educare > All Results > Import Results.
Note: To import all of the students at once – follow the above step (You need to select All students instead of All Results from dashboard menu).
Demo file for students:

Demo file for Results:
https://github.com/FixBD/Educare/blob/educare/assets/files/import_demo_results.csv
This is an example of importing a demo.csv file based on default settings (category, subject, additional fields…). If you make any changes in educare (plugin) management or settings, this demo file may not work. For this you need to create this file again (according to settings)! If you face any problem while downloading the file, please Enable (Check) this options from educare settings:
Educare > Settings > Others > Copy Demo Data ☑
Then you can copy the demo data or manually get this file directly from your WordPress plugin (host) directory:
Look in (find) this folder:
educare/assets/files/import_demo_students.csv
In my case:
C:\xampp\htdocs\wp-content\plugins\educare/assets/files/import_demo_students.csv
Note: Download a demo file before importing anything. And compare your import file with the demo file, that all (head) fields and data are correct. Also, you may notice that the result and student demo files (head/first line) are different. So, you need to choose specific files for importing specific data (results or students).
Recommendation: Prepare everything in advance if you want to make any changes to classes, groups, subjects, exams, years, additional fields and settings before importing. Then there will be no problem.
Let us know if there is any problem. And don’t forget to give five stars (5 stars).
Thank you 😊
