এই প্ল্যাটফর্মের মাধ্যমে প্রদত্ত সকল উপকরণ এবং সফটওয়্যার সম্পদ কপিরাইট এবং মেধা সম্পদ আইনের আওতায় সুরক্ষিত। উপকরণগুলির মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে:
- সফটওয়্যার এবং কোড: সোর্স কোড, স্ক্রিপ্ট এবং এক্সিকিউটেবল ফাইল।
- মিডিয়া: গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো, আইকন, অডিও এবং ভিডিও কন্টেন্ট।
- ডকুমেন্টেশন: ইউজার ম্যানুয়াল, স্লাইড এবং টেকনিক্যাল গাইড।
এই উপকরণগুলি শুধুমাত্র FixBD এবং এর প্রোডাক্ট (যেমন: Educare) এর অনুমোদিত ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য প্রদান করা হয়েছে। সাবস্ক্রিপশন মেয়াদে ব্যবহারকারীদের একটি সীমিত লাইসেন্স প্রদান করা হয়।
কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ: এইসব কপিরাইটযুক্ত উপকরণের অননুমোদিত অনুলিপি, পুনরুৎপাদন, পুনবিতরণ, রিভার্স-ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বা পরিবর্তন আইন দ্বারা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ এবং এর ফলে লাইসেন্স বাতিলসহ আইনি ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হতে পারে।
